These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Annabelle Health website and platform, operated by Plerity LLC, doing business as Annabelle Health ("Annabelle Health," "we," "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Annabelle Health is a practice-management platform for med spas and aesthetic clinics, including booking, charting, patient messaging, payments, a patient portal, and AI features. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for the activity of users under your account. The service is intended for businesses and the professionals they authorize.

Acceptable use

• • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations, including HIPAA where it applies to you.
• • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• • Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.

Your data and PHI

You own the data you put into the platform. Where you use Annabelle Health to manage protected health information (PHI), our handling of that PHI is governed by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between us. You can export your data at any time.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis, per location, per month, according to the plan you select. Pricing shown on this site is introductory and will be confirmed at launch. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party services — for example, Stripe for payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided according to your plan.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Annabelle Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the service and its users. On termination, you may export your data as described above.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
